The PD400 connector is supplied with a detachable nose & replacement front contacts.

  • External components manufactured from impact resistant, thermally stable and chemically resistant thermoplastics
  • Detachable front power/control contacts and contact insulator (nose) are easy to maintain and replace
  • Suitable for a wide range of composite and single core 400 Hz cables
  • Exterior replaceable handle/strain relief system
  • IP66 and IP67 rated
  • Low maintenance and impact resistant

Technical features:

  • High conductivity silver plated copper contacts
  • Connector sealed to IP67 (filler not required)
  • Switched control tube (replaceable) located in F contact provides an indication once the connector has been 90% inserted into the mating receptacle (optional feature)
